Powerful Quranic Duas For Seeking Allah’s Help and Protection

It is important to ask Allah for help with sincerity, and surely, He will help you. Besides, there are certain ways and methods through which you can ask for help from Allah. One such way is to recite these duas for seeking Allah’s help and protection that were gathered from the Quran.

Dua 1

(2:201) رَبَّنَاۤ اٰتِنَا فِی الدُّنْیَا حَسَنَةً وَّ فِی الْاٰخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَّ قِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ

Our Lord! Give us in this world that which is good and in the Hereafter that which is good, and save us from the torment of the Fire.

اے رب ہمارے ہمیں دنیا میں بھلائی دے اور ہمیں آخرت میں بھلائی دے اور ہمیں عذاب دوزخ سے بچا۔

Dua 2

 رَبِّ اِنِّیْ لِمَاۤ اَنْزَلْتَ اِلَیَّ مِنْ خَیْرٍ فَقِیْرٌ (28:24)

‘O my Lord, I am in need of that food which you may send down for me.’

 اے میرے رب!میں اس خیر (کھانے) کی طرف محتاج ہوں جو تو میرے لیے اتارے۔

Dua 3

رَبِّ اَوْزِعْنِیْۤ اَنْ اَشْكُرَ نِعْمَتَكَ الَّتِیْۤ اَنْعَمْتَ عَلَیَّ وَ عَلٰى وَالِدَیَّ وَ اَنْ اَعْمَلَ صَالِحًا تَرْضٰىهُ وَ اَصْلِحْ لِیْ فِیْ ذُرِّیَّتِیْ اِنِّیْ تُبْتُ اِلَیْكَ وَ اِنِّیْ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِیْنَ (46:15)

‘O my Lord, inspire me to be thankful for the favours You bestowed upon me and upon my parents, and I may perform the deeds which please You. Keep piety in my children for my sake, I have returned towards You and I am a Muslim.’

 اے میرے رب!مجھے توفیق دے کہ میں تیری نعمت کا شکر ادا کروں جو تو نے مجھ پراور میرے ماں باپ پر فرمائی ہے اور میں وہ نیک کام کروں جس سے تو راضی ہوجائے اور میرے لیے میری اولاد میں نیکی رکھ، میں نے تیری طرف رجوع کیااور میں مسلمانوں میں سے ہوں ۔

Dua 4

وَ قُلْ رَّبِّ اغْفِرْ وَ ارْحَمْ وَ اَنْتَ خَیْرُ الرّٰحِمِیْنَ (23:118)

And submit you (O Beloved), ‘O my Lord, forgive (the believers) and have mercy, and You are the Best to bestow mercy.’

اور تم عرض کرو، اے میرے رب! بخش دے اور رحم فرما اور تو سب سے بہتر رحم فرمانے والا ہے۔

Dua 5

وَ قُلْ رَّبِّ اَنْزِلْنِیْ مُنْزَلًا مُّبٰرَكًا وَّ اَنْتَ خَیْرُ الْمُنْزِلِیْنَ (23:29)

And submit, ‘O my Lord, cause me to disembark at a blessed place, and You are the Best to bring to land.’

اور عرض کر کہ اے میرے رب مجھے برکت والی جگہ اتار اور تو سب سے بہتر اُتارنے والا ہے۔

Dua 6

وَ قُلْ رَّبِّ اَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ هَمَزٰتِ الشَّیٰطِیْنِ (23:97)

And you (O Beloved), submit (to educate your nation), ‘O my Lord, I seek Your refuge from the evil suggestions of the Devil.’

اور تم عرض کرو: اے میرے رب!میں شیطانوں کے وسوسوں سے تیری پناہ مانگتا ہوں ۔

Dua 7

وَ اَعُوْذُ بِكَ رَبِّ اَنْ یَّحْضُرُوْنِ (23:98)

‘And O my Lord, I seek Your refuge; that lest they come to me.’

اور اے میرے رب!میں تیری پناہ مانگتا ہوں اس سے کہ وہ شیطان میرے پاس آئیں ۔

Dua 8

 رَبَّنَا ظَلَمْنَاۤ اَنْفُسَنَاٚ وَ اِنْ لَّمْ تَغْفِرْ لَنَا وَ تَرْحَمْنَا لَنَكُوْنَنَّ مِنَ الْخٰسِرِیْنَ (7:23)

‘O our Lord, we have wronged ourselves; so, if You do not forgive us and do not have mercy upon us, we hence certainly became amongst those in loss.’

 اے ہمارے رب! ہم نے اپنی جانوں پر زیادتی کی اور اگر تو نے ہماری مغفرت نہ فرمائی اور ہم پر رحم نہ فرمایا تو ضرور ہم نقصان والوں میں سے ہوجائیں گے۔

Dua 9

رَبَّنَا تَقَبَّلْ مِنَّاؕ اِنَّكَ اَنْتَ السَّمِیْعُ الْعَلِیْمُ (2:127)

‘O our Lord, accept (this service) from us; undoubtedly, only You are the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.’

 اے ہمارے رب! ہم سے قبول فرما ،بیشک تو ہی سننے والا جاننے والا ہے۔

Dua 10

 رَبَّنَاۤ اَفْرِغْ عَلَیْنَا صَبْرًا وَّ ثَبِّتْ اَقْدَامَنَا وَ انْصُرْنَا عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْكٰفِرِیْنَ (2:250)

‘O our Lord, shower patience upon us, and keep our feet firm, and help us against the disbelievers.’

 اے ہمارے رب! ہم پر صبر ڈال دے اور ہمیں ثابت قدمی عطا فرما اورکافر قوم کے مقابلے میں ہماری مددفرما۔

Dua 11

رَبَّنَاۤ اِنَّنَاۤ اٰمَنَّا فَاغْفِرْ لَنَا ذُنُوْبَنَا وَ قِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ (3:16)

‘O our Lord, we have accepted faith, (we plead) so forgive our sins and save us from the punishment of Hell.’

ا ے ہمارے رب! ہم ایمان لائے ہیں ،تو تو ہمارے گناہ معاف فرما اور ہمیں دوزخ کے عذاب سے بچالے۔

Dua 12

رَبَّنَا  اغْفِرْ  لَنَا  ذُنُوْبَنَا  وَ  اِسْرَافَنَا  فِیْۤ  اَمْرِنَا  وَ  ثَبِّتْ  اَقْدَامَنَا  وَ  انْصُرْنَا  عَلَى  الْقَوْمِ  الْكٰفِرِیْنَ (3:147)

‘O our Lord, forgive our sins and the excesses we committed during our matters, and keep our feet firm, and help us against these disbelieving people.’

اے ہمارے رب ! ہمارے گناہوں کو اور ہمارے معاملے میں جو ہم سے زیادتیاں ہوئیں انہیں بخش دے اور ہمیں ثابت قدمی عطا فرما اور کافر قوم کے مقابلے میں ہماری مدد فرما۔ 

Dua 13

رَبِّ اجْعَلْنِیْ مُقِیْمَ الصَّلٰوةِ وَ مِنْ ذُرِّیَّتِیْ ﳓ رَبَّنَا وَ تَقَبَّلْ دُعَآءِ (14:40)

‘O my Lord, make me the one who keeps Salah established, and (also) to some of my offspring. O our Lord, and answer my supplication.’

اے میرے رب! مجھے اور کچھ میری اولاد کونماز قائم کرنے والا رکھ، اے ہمارے رب اور میری دعا قبول فرما۔

Dua 14

رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْ لِیْ وَ لِوَالِدَیَّ وَ لِلْمُؤْمِنِیْنَ یَوْمَ یَقُوْمُ الْحِسَابُ (14:41)

‘O our Lord, forgive me, and my parents, and all the Muslims on the Day when accountability will take place.’

 اے ہمارے رب! مجھے اور میرے ماں باپ کو اور سب مسلمانوں کو بخش دے جس دن حساب قائم ہوگا۔
